What is the difference between CybaSumo.com and SumoStores.com?
CybaSumo.com is the website that allows artists to set up their stores, add their creations and manage their profits. SumoStores.com is where items and creations are showcased for all to see and for the general public to purchase.
What is a CybaSumo/SumoStore Widget?
The widget allows you to place your store on your MySpace page, Facebook profile, Website or blog by simply copying and pasting the code we provide. It appears as a small box on your site containing your very own logo, a list of your products and options to preview or purchase them.
How do I create a store?
Creating a store is simple! First, you need to sign up as a CybaSumo merchant by clicking “Create Your Own Store” on the front page of cybasumo.com Once you’ve done that and confirmed your email address you’re free to create your store by clicking “My Stores” and then “Create Store” in the top right of the page. The rest is as easy as following the instructions on the page. Remember, you can create as many different stores as you want to suit each of your projects.
How do I add a product to my store?
Once you’ve created your store, an empty version of it will load on the next page. Simply click the green “Add Product” button at the top of this page to add a product. A new page will open with simple instructions for naming, tagging and uploading your products. Once you’ve added one product, repeat the process for the other products that you would like sold in the same store.
Can I edit my products once they’re added?
Yes, to edit a product that you’ve already added access your store through “My Stores” and click it to view it. Scroll down to the bottom of your page where your products are listed and click the green “Edit Item” button.
How do I add a logo to my store?
Access your store through “My Stores” and click it to view it. Click the green “Edit Stores” button at the top of the page and in the page that appears, click browse to locate your logo image on your computer.
How do I receive payment for my products?
Click the gray “Payments” button and you will be taken to a page where you will see your payment balance. Click “Withdraw” and enter the desired amount to receive payment through either Paypal or MoneyBookers. These are simply escrow services which allow us to safely transfer money to your bank account. If you do not have either a Paypal or MoneyBookers account then signing up is easy at Paypal.com or MoneyBookers.com. Finally, click the green “Withdraw” button to take you to a transfer page for your account.
How can people find my store?
If you checked the box to make your store public when you were creating it, users of CybaSumo and SumoStores will be able to find your store and purchase your creations by searching the site for keywords related to your artwork or by browsing our user-friendly categories. Alternatively, you can provide friends with a link to your store by copy and pasting the “link” address that you will find on the right of the "view store" page.

How do I add my store to my blog or website?
Click the "My Stores" button and click your store to view it. On the right you will see the “Embed” code. Highlight and copy the code and paste it into the source code of your website or the text of your blog if it allows html. This will mean that your store will appear as a black and gray box on your page.
How do I add my store to my Facebook profile?
1. In CybaSumo, click the “My Stores” button and select your store to view it.
2. In the address bar, find the store number. For example, the store at http://www.sumostores.com/store/62/classic-cartoons has a store number of 62.
3. Log into Facebook.
4. Browse to http://apps.facebook.com/sumostores
5. Click the Log in to SumoStores button.
6. Type the Store ID you noted in step 2 in the Store ID box and click the Add Store button.
7. Repeat for any other CybaSumo stores you have.
How can I check how popular my store is?
Clicking the "Statistics" button on the front page will allow you to see all your store’s statistics and gauge its popularity.
What can/can’t I sell through CybaSumo?
You can sell virtually any item, digital media, original artwork, visual art, e-books, books, music, film, photos, tangible items, it’s up to you. Offensive materials or items that otherwise violates our terms and conditions are not allowed and may be removed or result in the suspension of an account. How do I buy a product from a CybaSumo user?
Once you’ve found a store and product you like, all that you have to do is click “Add to Cart” to purchase it.
What different payment methods are available?
