Banned items are not permissible anywhere on the CybaSumo and affiliate websites and will be promptly removed by our staff. Repeated uploading of Banned material may result in your account being suspended. Restricted items ultimately remain at the discretion of CybaSumo. Before uploading a Restricted item to your store you should contact CybaSumo, informing us of your intentions so that we can consider the artistic merit of your work. Not doing so may result in the deletion of the item and/or the suspension of your account.

CybaSumo reserves the right to delete Restricted items from your store although all cases will be considered individually.
